Data we collect
- Identity and contact details you type into forms: name, phone, email, city, and the reason for your message.
- Pre-registration details: province, vehicle, license, and your confirmation that you read the requirements.
- Files you attach, stored outside the public website.
- Launch subscriptions: email, plus name and city if you provide them, and whether you want to ride or drive.
- A hash of the IP address, not the raw address, to limit abuse.
- Visit counts by path and day, without a cookie and without identifying you.
- If you accept analytics and an ID is configured, Google Analytics may receive measurement data under its own policy.
Why we use it
- To review pre-registrations and answer messages.
- To tell you about launch if you consented.
- To protect the site against spam and unauthorized access.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited.
- To meet legal duties when they exist.
Basis for this draft
Consent covers the mailing list, optional analytics, and the pre-registration you send. The interest in answering requests and protecting the service covers messages and rate limits. A lawyer should confirm how this fits Dominican Republic Law 172-13 and applicable United States state rules.
Driver documents
License, registration, insurance, and other files are stored in a private server folder, not on the public website. Only authorized staff can open them, and that access is logged. Uploading a file does not mean it was verified.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting, email, and, if you accept, analytics providers. If a marketing webhook is configured, a subscription is also sent there. We do not turn on a paid service without authorization.
Transfers
The company is registered in Florida and the service is aimed at the Dominican Republic. Data may be processed in those places or wherever the chosen host is located.
Retention
We keep forms as long as needed to review them, reply, and follow the law. Abuse-limit records are cleared after about a day. You can request deletion on the dedicated page. Some data may be kept if required for a legal duty, a claim, or platform security.
Security
The admin panel uses a hashed password, an httpOnly session, optional two-factor authentication, role permissions, and a log of important changes. That reduces risk. It does not mean the system cannot be compromised.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion at Info@DameBolaApp.com or with the deletion form. We may ask you to confirm that the email is yours. You can also unsubscribe with the link from your signup.
Children
This website is not directed at children. Driver pre-registration is for people who meet the requirements that get published and the law that applies. We do not set an age here that a lawyer or the rule has not confirmed.
