The fare is proposed
You will be able to say what you want to pay. A driver will be able to accept or answer with another amount. Website examples, including RD$250 and RD$300, are illustrative.
Payments and cancellations
Payment methods and the cancellation policy will be shown in the app before they apply. This website does not publish a list or a penalty because they have not been approved.
Conduct
Respectful treatment will be expected. You can report a problem through the contact form. In-app reporting is marked Coming soon.

Do not treat a feature marked Coming soon as if it already protects you. In an emergency, contact 911 or the local service.
