Legal draft

Terms and Conditions

Draft terms for using the DameBola website.

This text is a draft for review by a qualified lawyer. It is not legal advice and it is not the final version. Consider requirements in the Dominican Republic and the United States before publishing it as a final policy.

Draft date: November 3, 2026.

DameBola is a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States, preparing a transportation service focused on the Dominican Republic. The website is www.DameBolaApp.com and the contact email is Info@DameBolaApp.com.

What this website is

This website introduces DameBola, explains negotiated fares, and accepts driver pre-registrations, messages, and launch subscriptions. It does not request or dispatch trips. That will belong to the mobile apps when they are published.

Acceptable use

  • Do not send false information in the forms.
  • Do not try to access the admin panel or someone else's documents.
  • Do not use the site to harass, scam, or upload malicious files.

Accounts and apps

Creating a rider or driver account in the app is not available from this website yet. A store link is shown only when it is the official link.

Intellectual property

The DameBola name, logo, and text on this site belong to their owners. Do not copy the logo or present another brand as DameBola.

No operating guarantees

The ride service is in pre-launch. We do not promise availability, arrival times, coverage, earnings, or that a feature marked Coming soon already exists.

Liability

Until a lawyer sets the final clause, this draft does not create an obligation beyond reviewing, in good faith, the forms the site actually receives. The site is provided as it is.

Governing law

A lawyer must confirm the governing-law and venue clause. Dominican Republic and United States rules may both matter depending on the relationship. This draft does not choose a court.

Changes

We may update these terms. The draft date is on the page. Continued use after a published change will be read under the text a lawyer leaves as final.
